Some of our Ranch Residents are lucky enough to be in foster care with families who are willing to take the time and teach them the behaviors they need to  become valued family members with their forever families!

KUECHLEY (formerly Clyde)

Kuechley is a sweet boy, about 5 years old.  He was adopted from us in 2017 and thrived in his new home until this year, when their life circumstances changed.  His mom, who used to be a stay-at-home mom, is now working, the boys are in school, Dad is working, and no one is home to give him the time or exercise he needs.  For all of this, he remains a good boy - totally housebroken, good on a leash, great with other dogs and kids.  Unknown about cats.  The problem is that when he does get out in his fenced yard, he is full of energy and has knocked down the children.  The family doesn;t think his current lifestyle of being alone most of the day is fair to him, and they are asking me to try and find him a new place with people to play with him and give him the attention he needs.  He's a bit overweight from lack of exercise (should be about 60 lbs).  FUlly vetted and ready to go!  Located in Archer Lodge (Johnston County) 

LILLY - ADOPTED

Lilly is approximately 6 months old, fully vetted and ready to go.  GOod with other dogs (submissive), loves kids and gets along with cats and other farm animals.  Needs a little patience with housebreaking, but is improving daily!  Come meet this sweetheart.  Fostered in Four Oaks, NC

ZEUS - ADOPTED

Zeus is a 7 year old neutered Lab/Shepherd. He is a great guy. Perfect house guest (house trained, calm, minimal barking, and only gets on furniture if beckoned). He is happy being around his people and to join them in what they're doing, whether that's lounging on the couch or going on a walk/ out to restaurants/bars. He is good with people, calm dogs, and kids (probably not good with cats). He does have environmental allergies that are managed well with medication. He is being fostered in Raleigh NC

Meet Lilly, a young (4-6 month old) labby mix. Fully vetted, current on everything. Great with kids, cats and other dogs. On the submissive side, listens to commands very well and is good on a leash. Still working on housebreaking, but improving daily
